Rosa’s Pizza – Atlanta, GA

Ever since I started going to Georgia State University, I’ve been going to Rosa’s Pizza to get my fixing on their New York style pizzas. Since it’s located at the heart of campus, Rosa’s Pizza has been the ideal spot for many students and white collar corporate guys. It becomes rather difficult to grab food quickly especially around rush hour when the lines wraps around the walls. In order to cope with the daily surge of patrons, the pies are pre-made in order to get people in and out quickly. The ordering process goes by fast so you better know what you want when it comes to you.

Your toppings are placed on the pre-made slices and then it swiftly goes into the oven. They also serve calzones, spaghetti’s and lasagnas if that tickle your fancy.

I always ended up getting the hot sausage and the ground beef for my slices at Rosa’s Pizza. The hot sausage has a little kick of spiciness and a great depth of flavor to it. The ground beef is… well, Ground beef for all the meat lover like myself. The crust is thin and crunchy along with the tasty cheese that actually puts me in a euphoric state. I gotta say this is one of the best bangs for your buck pizzas you can get around here.
